Built an automated accessibility testing tool with Claude, C#, Playwright, HTML, and CSS, used during every release to assess the full web application. Tested frontend and backend functionality across API, UI, integration, end-to-end, cross-browser, performance, and accessibility; performed regression and exploratory testing.

Planned and hosted local and international esports events for up to 300 attendees, coordinating teams, schedules, pool operations, reception, and announcers. Liaised with venues on capacity, timing, and costs, helping keep events within budget and supporting event finances.

Tested and validated all available endpoints across the PIM platform, covering backend and frontend functionality. Developed backend automation to streamline test-data setup and support continuous integration, and led production deployments of completed tickets.

Executed manual, automated, and exploratory testing, building and running end-to-end workflows in Postman. Managed Jira tickets through production, tested changes, and turned information from multiple departments into clear, actionable tickets.

Developed backend features and bug fixes for a Docker-based microservices platform using C# and ASP.NET. Collaborated across departments and managed work within two-week delivery cycles.
