At Blommer Chocolate Company, I planned and coordinated community project activities, developed community action plans, and followed project performance indicators. I also produced technical reports for program managers.
I supported community child-protection work by raising awareness, identifying children exposed to work or abuse through cooperatives, and strengthening community protection mechanisms. I also supported school management committees and supervised school infrastructure rehabilitation and construction.
I trained women beneficiaries in income-generating activities and supported their development. I organized school-kit and desk distributions as part of the community projects.
In my current role as an Agent Enquêteur for Campagne Nescafé Plan Côte d'Ivoire BAESS, I survey coffee producers and verify the compliance of reported information. Previously, with ANSTAT, I administered EHCVM questionnaires, collected household data using KoboCollect, and checked data quality and consistency.
