What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term remote opportunity with a healthcare organization where I can apply my 12+ years of medical billing and AR calling experience to support accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant revenue cycle operations and improve processes.

I've spent more than 12 years supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations, from charge posting and payment posting to AR follow-up, denial resolution, and appeals.

At Exprumint Medical Billing, I manage end-to-end AR follow-up, prioritize aged and high-value claims, and communicate denial trends to improve first-shot payment rates. I work with Nextech P+ and Nextech Cloud practice management systems.

During my time at M.S. Solutions, I led a 15-member AR calling team and a 45-member charges-posting team. I implemented collection strategies, trained staff, supervised billing follow-up and reporting, and helped reduce outstanding AR days.

I'm also experienced in patient and client communication, insurance verification, medical coding, EOB and ERA payment posting, and healthcare marketing work including WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and media editing.
