Gulbagym Zhexenbayeva

As a Medical Intern in the Department of General Surgery at Astana Medical University and affiliated clinical sites, I collected and recorded patient histories, examination findings, and clinical observations in line with documentation standards.

I assessed patients and monitored outcomes before and after surgical procedures, tracking changes over time. I also contributed evidence-based reasoning to multidisciplinary case discussions.

My General Medicine education and completed surgical internship support my understanding of clinical information and patient care. I hold a Specialist Certificate in Surgery (Kazakhstan).

I’m seeking remote research assistant work, where I can use Microsoft Excel, clinical data collection, and critical review of scientific publications. I’m available full-time, with a flexible schedule for US time-zone overlap, and open to short- or long-term research projects.
