Guillermo Carazo Castillo

I am a dedicated lawyer currently part of the Legal Advice team at Abante Asesores, where I manage the oversight and administration of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS). My role involves maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies such as the CNMV in Spain and the CSSF in Luxembourg. I pride myself on my ability to prepare comprehensive reports that evaluate the legal feasibility of various investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering policies.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a legal trainee at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, where I honed my skills in litigation and insolvency proceedings. I participated actively in the insolvency proceedings of a large international company, providing counsel for the debtor. My earlier experience at Prosegur Alpha3 Cashlabs allowed me to develop my legal writing and analytical skills, working on documentation in both English and Spanish.
