What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive healthcare team where I can grow from clinical practice into healthcare management—using my patient communication, record management, and workflow coordination to improve patient experience and streamline operations.

I’m a committed and compassionate BDS graduate with a strong foundation in healthcare, combining clinical support with process-driven thinking. In my 2024–2025 internship at DAPM RV Dental College and Hospital, I performed comprehensive oral examination, diagnosis and treatment planning under faculty supervision, while managing end to end patient data workflow to ensure continuity of care of N+patients.

I also thrive in cross-functional environments—coordinating across departments to streamline patient management processes and contributing ideas to improve ongoing patient management software in the college. During final year, I led teams of 7 as the group leader to complete a healthcare education model research project, using excel and statistics to prove results, and I bring strong record management, patient communication, and leadership quality to every role.
