What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve upstream product and organizational problems, especially where enterprise teams need clearer systems, stakeholder alignment, and trustworthy human-AI boundaries.

At Google gTech via GlobalLogic, I lead product design for agentic AI, CSAT, operations, and quality-review products by resolving unclear ownership, measurement, taxonomy, and exception-handling problems before interface work begins. I write durable product requirements and align stakeholders around human approval boundaries for AI systems.

Across Manupatra, Folka Holidays, Experion Technologies, and independent research work, I've redesigned enterprise products and the design operations behind them. I bring systems engineering and I/O psychology to information architecture, behavioral design, stakeholder alignment, billing models, onboarding, capacity frameworks, and scalable design teams.
