At Maheshwari & Co., I’ve assisted in preparing restated financial statements for IPO and IndAS conversion purposes. I also prepared and finalized financial statements under IndAS and IGAAP.

In my ongoing Articleship, I conduct statutory, internal, and stock audits focused on compliance and controls. I’ve also handled internal audit assignments and completed statutory audits for listed clients within regulatory deadlines.

I maintain books in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, close monthly accounts, and create MIS reports. I’m seeking industrial training to gain practical exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, risk management, and compliance.
