I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can lead financial reporting and FP&A, strengthen governance and controls, and act as a trusted business partner—driving profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth in an operational, multi-site environment.

I’m a commercially astute finance leader with over eight years of progressive experience delivering financial leadership within complex multi-branch FMCG and hospitality businesses. I specialize in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and strategic business partnering.

In my current role, I lead the finance reporting function supporting more than twenty-two Nando’s Botswana branches and four South-African branches, providing Executive Management with insight that drives profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. I’m recognized for building strong finance teams, strengthening governance and internal controls, leading BURS/SAT/VAT and withholding tax compliance and audit management, and supporting capital investment decisions through financial modelling and business cases.
