I’m a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 3.8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday Integration and Reporting solutions. I focus on building secure, reliable data exchange between Workday and external enterprise systems while enabling teams to make faster HR decisions.

In my current role at Ernst & Young (EY), I designed, developed, and supported inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors for payroll, benefits, and third-party vendor systems. I’ve developed and maintained REST and SOAP-based integrations for real-time and batch data exchange, using XML and XSLT transformations for automated mapping, validation, and business rule processing.

I also configure and support Core Connectors including PECI, PICOF, Worker, and Benefits to automate payroll and benefits data transmission. I built and maintained EIB integrations for inbound data loads and outbound extracts using XML and CSV formats, and I monitor scheduled integrations with alert notifications to proactively identify and resolve failures.

On the reporting side, I build Advanced Reports and Matrix Reports using Calculated Fields to track employee data changes and improve workforce analytics. I optimize report performance with prompts, filters, and sub-filters, and I support end-to-end integration delivery through SIT/UAT testing, deployment, production monitoring, and post-production support.
