Gomolemo Monnane

I am a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education graduate pursuing a part qualification in AAT Level 3 at Botswana Accountancy College (2024–2025). I am seeking a challenging position to apply my competencies, capabilities, skills, education and knowledge to make a positive contribution to an organization.

I worked as a Galahad operator at Stargems Botswana from 22 September 2022 to 30 October 2023, performing regular maintenance inspections on Galahad machinery and inspecting diamonds during and after polishing for imperfections. I ensured compliance with diamond industry standards and ethical sourcing guidelines and helped maintain production quality. I built strong working relationships across departments to support smooth operations.

I am enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized with good planning skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. I bring strong written and oral communication skills, tact in customer interactions, and the ability to work under pressure.
