At Spiiker Phone China, I develop strategies that support students’ independent learning and monitor progress to provide personalized feedback. I make complex information accessible and foster an engaging learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Previously, I tutored English at Clasing Elts and taught at Destiny International Learning Academy, Inc. and Call2Talk (Astex Empress), tailoring lessons and using bilingual approaches to support English learners. As Project Staff at Family Planning Organizations of the Philippines- SOCSARGEN, I analyzed project data and adapted plans as targets and needs shifted.
