What I'm looking for

I'm building toward AI systems architecture, applying data integrity, quality, auditability, and standardise-before-automate principles to AI-augmented pipelines, orchestration, and tooling.

At Meta's IQI Global Program, I led data governance and architecture for multi-region quality operations across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NA. I redesigned billing reconciliation logic to lift delivery performance from 88% to 95%, established governed CRM, QMS, and workforce pipelines, and implemented AI output QA and agentic analytics workflows.

Previously, I replaced legacy reporting with governed Power BI architecture across eight APAC markets at Pepperl+Fuchs, consolidated operational data and delivered 80%+ reporting productivity gains at Truegenics, and built automated POS-to-ERP reporting pipelines for 60+ Minor Food outlets. I focus on standardising data before automating it, creating systems with integrity, quality, traceability, and resilience.
