At TNQ Technologies, I worked in graphics and publishing production for scientific and academic publishing projects. I led a team of graphics and production professionals and managed production according to publishing requirements.
I improved artwork quality and reduced production errors through stronger QC checks and team feedback. I also planned schedules and resources across concurrent projects to meet publishing deadlines.
I coordinated with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve production issues, and supported workflow optimization and quality assurance for digital publishing outputs. At Elsevier LeMans, I held the title of Team Lead.
