Gio Harley Apolinar

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented licensed Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. My foundation is in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design, strengthened by hands-on experience through academic projects and on-the-job training.

In my OJT at Phoenix Petroleum (Villanueva Terminal), I gained practical exposure while aligning my engineering mindset with real operational requirements. As a Project Engineer at JOORS Engineering Services and GLAINIER Industrial Corporation, I focused on planning, coordination, and execution to keep work aligned with standards and timelines.

Some of my most meaningful results include successfully leading a Nestlé Philippines discharge line project—connecting handwashing stations to a centralized pumping pit—while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet sanitation and safety standards. I also led planning and supervision for Aboitiz Laguindingan Airport’s passenger terminal renovations, managing scheduling, material procurement, and cost control, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards and approved design plans.
