I’m seeking an entry-level remote Medical Records or Health Information role, where I can maintain confidential patient records, support documentation, and handle administrative duties—while quickly learning Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook.

I am a Detail-oriented Medical Records Officer with experience maintaining confidential patient records, document management, and healthcare administration. I’m known for strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to learn quickly.

In my current role at Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa Memorial Hospital, I maintain accurate patient records, retrieve and update medical files, and ensure confidentiality and compliance. I also support clinicians with documentation and perform administrative duties.
