What I'm looking for

I seek a HIM role where I can apply ICD-10 coding, EMR management, and data reporting skills within a collaborative clinical team that values data quality, confidentiality, and opportunities for professional growth.

I am a dedicated Health Information Management professional with a First Class B.Sc. and hands-on clinical placement experience across multiple tertiary and specialist hospitals.

During internships at Federal Medical Centre Owo, OAUTHC Ile-Ife, Mother & Child Hospital, and FMC Abeokuta, I registered patients, managed medical records, performed ICD-10 coding, entered data into EMR systems, and compiled morbidity and mortality statistics.

I prioritize confidentiality and accurate record-keeping to support clinical teams with timely access to information and reliable statistical reporting, and I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR platforms and Canva.

I have additional credentials in Health Records Management and computer training, a strong academic record including a First Class degree, and leadership experience as a student senator and off-campus governor—qualities I bring to roles focused on improving health data quality and HIM operations.
