I’m a Technical Manager and Systems Engineer with more than 5 years of experience supporting enterprise systems while leading technical delivery. I combine technical leadership with specialized support to optimize processes, resolve critical incidents, and ensure operational continuity.

In my current role at CORPSOFT S.A., I lead and coordinate software development and technical support teams, manage technology projects as a liaison with clients, and help evaluate and implement software technologies aligned with business requirements. Previously as a Systems Analyst, I gathered and analyzed functional and technical requirements, designed data models and business rules, built full-stack web and desktop applications, administered and optimized SQL Server databases, and integrated and deployed ERP solutions through APIs, services, and stored procedures in production environments.
