I designed a company automation project in Make.com for incoming quote requests, connecting webhooks, Gemini AI, JSON parsing, and structured validation.
The workflow uses duplicate checks in Data Store, pricing lookups in Google Sheets, and Drive document handling, with review and error branches for incomplete or unknown data. I built it to reduce manual quote preparation and make requests, pricing, and statuses easier to track.
I also built a lead-processing flow concept that moves incoming requests into a structured sheet, sends a confirmation email, and supports client-folder and status tracking.
In my self-directed e-commerce project, I built and operated an online store and used AI tools for research, content, copy, planning, and process optimisation. I’m currently expanding my JavaScript, TypeScript, and API integration skills.
