I am Geraldine Elaine Yap Cu, an experienced software engineer with nearly eight years of expertise in software development. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University, where I graduated with Honorable Mention. I have honed my skills in various programming languages, including C++, Java, and Ruby on Rails, and have a strong background in both telecommunications and FinTech industries.

In my recent role at PayMongo, I successfully conducted research and developed new APIs using Ruby on Rails, enhancing the implementation of new features. My previous experience at Finastra involved implementing APIs and SPIs using NestJS and JavaEE/Java Springboot, ensuring alignment with Swagger documentation. My tenure at Nokia Technology Center Philippines allowed me to serve as a domain expert and fault analyst, where I provided technical analysis and solutions for complex domain-related issues.
