KenyaWhat I'm looking for
At Sulwe Arts, I design and deliver acting, poetry, dance, film, and performance programmes for schools and community audiences. I write and refine scripts and performance pieces for young learners, and give structured feedback on their work.
Since 2017, I’ve written and performed original poetry and performance material in English and Swahili. I’ve won the poetry category at the Kenya Music Festivals three times, in 2017, 2024, and 2025, and earned two more poetry trophies in 2026.
As a school playwright and director, I took a play from Nairobi to the national festivals six years in a row. I prepared teams for adjudicated competition, working to festival marking criteria through scripting, rehearsals, staging, and performance.
