What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategic finance and performance work in an organization that values IFRS discipline, predictive analytics, and measurable execution—where I can build robust controls/ERP, guide stakeholders with clear reporting, and mentor teams to consistently exceed targets.

I’m a finance executive and management leader focused on sustainable business performance. As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (UK), I bring board-level governance and a practical, data-driven approach to planning, execution, and measurement.

In my most recent work, I direct a management consultancy that sets up predictive business performance systems for clients—combining forecasting, data analytics, modeling, and scenario planning to align strategy, execution, and tracking. I also introduce data-driven budgeting and performance monitoring, helping clients turn insights into accountable results.

Across regulators and corporate environments, I built IFRS-compliant financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP-enabled finance operations from inception, and I authored authoritative work in my field. I’ve led teams through change, coached and mentored staff and young entrepreneurs, and delivered key enterprise performance matrices to stakeholders while consistently exceeding targets.
