What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a growth-oriented, challenging role where I can use my healthcare AR, claims-resolution, and team leadership experience while expanding my knowledge and contributing to organizational and professional growth.

At ClinicMind, I analyze complex claim issues across billing, processing, and system workflows, identifying root causes and implementing configuration changes that improve claim-processing accuracy.

I've worked closely with AR teams to address issues affecting aging buckets, resolve escalations, monitor outcomes, and prevent recurring claim problems.

Previously at LEGACYMED, I progressed from Senior Executive-AR to Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader-Operations, leading analysts, managing production and quality, and guiding teams to reduce AR aging and optimize collections. My work included denial analysis, quality checks, high-risk client handling, and process improvements.

My earlier experience includes hospital and specialty-provider collections at Omega Healthcare and Access Healthcare, plus XML programming at Aptara Corp. I bring hands-on experience with Cerner, Advantx, McLaren, AS400, Athenanet, XML, SGML, and database-related programming.
