What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can provide compassionate adult and elderly care, strengthen patient safety, and support clinical documentation. I want to use my phlebotomy and BLS skills while contributing to research-based, team-centered care.

I am a compassionate, friendly, and caring nursing assistant with over 8 years of experience caring for the elderly, vulnerable adults, and individuals under my care. I excel in adult care, phlebotomy, BLS, and general nursing.

In my current role as a nurse on duty, I assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor, document, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions. I also provide leadership, advice, and counsel to support research-based care for specific patient groups, and I assist in drug prescription and medical advice.

Across previous CNA and nurse aide experience, I delivered nursing services within scope of practice—taking vital signs, applying aseptic techniques, supporting infection control, monitoring nutritional intake, and conducting specimen collection. I’ve supported pre-op and post-op personal and comfort care, assisted with operating room preparation, and handled emergency first aid within competency, always prioritizing patient safety, accurate clinical documentation, and clear communication.
