Gbadamosi Shola

I’m a development sociologist with an array of interest in developmental issues, crime, policy formation, research, assets management, teaching, and human capital development. I’m driven by the belief that work should be delivered diligently and professionally, with a major aim of achieving set targets within limited time.

As a social researcher and human resource personnel/manager, I combine experienced qualitative and quantitative research with strong writing and presentation skills. I’ve supported multiple projects including research assistants roles at the University of Lagos and other organizations, producing findings that informed understanding of topics such as spatial distribution of crime, migration imperatives, and public health-related urban attitudes.

I also bring practical leadership from senior roles and community-facing work—e.g., election observation, operations leadership, research assistant support, and youth/community facilitation. In every role, I apply SPSS for quantitative analysis, basic computer applications for efficient documentation, and clear report writing, while maintaining integrity, attention to detail, time management, and effective teamwork.
