At Rolls-Royce, I assessed non-conformances on turbine and compressor components, determining rework, scrap, concession or deviation-permit routes. I also monitored production performance through Cognos and MES.
At Terumo Aortic, I supported manufacturing improvements and product introduction in a regulated medical-device environment. I planned and reported equipment and process validations, investigated NCRs, and implemented CAPA.
Earlier, I designed mechanical, hydraulic and electromechanical systems for airborne wind-energy technology at Kite Power Systems, and performed subsea component testing at Oceaneering. My work spans manufacturing, process engineering, mechanical design and testing in regulated and offshore environments.
