I also built RAG-powered knowledge systems over warehouse tables and policy documents, and delivered governed analytics through Power BI, Metabase, and Databricks SQL. My work included analyzing medical, dental, and pharmacy claims for reimbursement, provider compensation, and cost-of-care analytics.
At SAS Institute, I designed conversational AI support chatbots for Shopify merchants and built analytics to measure their effectiveness. Earlier, as a Data Engineer at Deloitte, I developed ETL pipelines, data warehouse structures, and validated datasets for enterprise reporting.
