At Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, I developed IDBI Bank’s Demand Management System to automate IT demand processing, approvals, feasibility analysis, and project initiation workflows. I built Power Apps solutions integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, and created approval workflows and notifications with Power Automate.
Previously at Align Techne, I worked on the same IDBI Bank system, developing Canvas Apps and supporting workflow enhancements and production requests. At ORBEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, I developed a SharePoint Online Broker Portal for insurance claims, and my projects include medical billing workflows using Power Apps and SPFx.
