What I'm looking for

I'm now focused on technical program management, drawing on my experience planning and tracking cross-team delivery, managing releases end to end, and aligning product managers, designers and client stakeholders across time zones.

At Encora Innovation Labs India Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a tech lead for a team of 5–6 engineers delivering iOS and React Native apps for global telecom clients. I planned sprints and releases, coordinated dependencies across mobile, backend, QA and design, and ran App Store and Play Store releases end to end.

For TSEL by.U, I led React Native delivery and coordinated release schedules and feature work with the client’s product team in Indonesia. I also drove performance and stability work on the app.

Before Encora, I led iOS delivery at Openxcell for client apps in healthcare, wellness and insurance, from requirements through App Store launch. At Multidots Solution Pvt. Ltd., I delivered features for large-scale apps and owned submissions and QA coordination.

Earlier, I built and shipped client iOS apps at Sourcebrains Technolab Pvt. Ltd. and developed iOS features at BMV System Integration Pvt. Ltd. My work has included telecom, healthcare, e-commerce and insurance products, using Swift, Objective-C and React Native.
