I've led QA for complex software projects at Watania and Etisalat UAE, testing CMS portals, web applications, and iOS and Android features. I build reusable automation components with Playwright, Selenium, Java, TypeScript, and Applitools Eyes, while initiating API testing and visual testing frameworks.
I design test strategies, RTMs, performance scenarios, and load, stress, and endurance testing aligned to business processes and SLAs. I also lead Agile ceremonies, run UAT sessions with customers, communicate testing risks to stakeholders, and coach junior team members.
