Developed AI-driven sound sensing systems for the AI for Sound project, building software components, libraries, and datasets while iterating with user feedback for real-world smart environments. Supervised bachelor’s and master’s final projects and helped disseminate research outcomes through international conference presentations and CVSSP activities.

Provided Tier 3 technical support for Google Workspace enterprise customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud services. Supported customer needs in a technical support role focused on reliable service operation.

Supported IT audit services for telecommunications companies and IT departments, contributing to audit engagements. Worked as part of an audit team to support client audit needs in an IT-focused context.

Developed customized integrated home automation and connectivity systems for Bang & Olufsen, designing both software and hardware with emphasis on low-level drivers and Internet connectivity. Owned project specifications, testing, validation, and trained new programmers.
