I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own month-end close, compliance, forecasting/budgeting, and internal controls—partnering with operations and HQ teams to deliver accurate reporting, audit-ready governance, and measurable process improvements.

I’m a Finance Lead and CPA(K) who partners with business leaders to protect financial integrity while improving operational efficiency. I focus on timely close, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls that align with international standards.

In my current role with LESSO (Kenya) Development Limited, I lead the finance function for the Kenyan arm of a global industrial group. I oversee financial reporting, compliance, planning, and internal controls, and I act as the key liaison between local operations and group headquarters in China to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Previously, as Chief Finance Officer at Badoer Investments Limited, I ensured financial integrity and operational efficiency across prominent entities. I spearheaded record-keeping using computerized accounting systems, managed payroll operations against statutory requirements, and led daily banking activities including bank reconciliations to maintain stability and compliance.

My background also includes advisory and audit-focused work, where I verified ledgers and financial statements accuracy, assessed risk areas, and strengthened internal audit controls. I’ve prepared audit findings and actionable reports, followed up on recommendations, and contributed to refining audit policies and governance—always with a clear, execution-driven mindset.
