What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead engineering teams and delivery for products where I can stay close to technical decisions, build strong remote operating cadences, and apply AI pragmatically with quality controls.

I ran Meteor Software and Galaxy end to end for Tiny Capital, growing a remote engineering organization from 4 to 10 people and leading Meteor’s largest migration from Fibers to native async/await. I rebuilt Galaxy as a bare-metal, Kubernetes-based multi-cloud platform, led its AWS-to-OVH migration, and shipped managed MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis.

I’ve moved from engineer to Tech Lead, CTO, and CEO while keeping people and delivery management close: hiring, 1:1s, performance development, incident operations, and written operating cadences. I also use AI agents in production workflows, built an MCP server from scratch, and keep human review where it matters.
