As an AI Content Annotator with Mindrift AI (Jan 2024 – Jul 2024), I collaborated with AI engineers to refine and enhance machine learning models using high-quality annotated data. I developed and implemented annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy, then performed quality assurance checks to maintain standards. I also provided feedback and insights to improve AI algorithms and educational content alignment.

Alongside AI annotation, I built hands-on digital marketing experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Safari Beach Hotel (Feb 2023 – Apr 2024). I created and edited graphics using various tools of Adobe Creatives, contributed visuals concepts with the marketing team, and engaged with online audiences to gather customer feedback. I also planned and executed marketing campaigns, designed print materials, and created content and creative ideas for products and services.

Through freelance work on Upwork (Jan 2017 – present) and internships in communications, I’ve strengthened my ability to deliver tailored educational materials and content. I’ve leveraged freelancing to support test design, instructional materials, and data annotation, working directly with clients to understand requirements and improve learning outcomes. In TV/communications internships, I conducted research, edited videos and short stories, wrote and revised news copy under tight deadlines, designed layouts for print and digital media, and completed fact checking to ensure accuracy.
