What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a precast/civil role where I can lead on-site execution, manage teams and schedules, ensure quality and timely delivery, and coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

I’m a civil engineer focused on precast project delivery—from production and equipment supervision to installation, rectifications, and site inspections. In my recent role, I’ve led on-site execution by supervising manpower, performing site inspections, and supporting COCA activities to keep work aligned with project needs.

I actively manage schedules for precast deliveries and ensure panels are installed correctly and delivered on time. I also engage with clients to discuss project updates and deliverables, and I work to maintain quality execution through supervision of rectifications when needed.

Before that, I strengthened my technical foundation through roles as a Precast Engineer/Equipment Engineer and a Site Engineer, including structural cutting list work, cost estimates, and supervision of heavy equipment and subcontractors. I bring a hands-on, team-oriented approach—using tools like MS Power BI, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD/Revit—to support planning, documentation, and efficient decision-making.
