At Elevance Health, I designed a FHIR-based API integration layer connecting ERP and billing provider systems, cutting claims reconciliation time from 11 hours to under 3 across six regional payer networks.

I also built a usage-based billing configuration engine for 14 member service plans and integrated Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite to automate invoice generation.
