What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute finance and accounting capability in an NGO, microfinance, or development organisation, supporting accurate reporting, statutory compliance, donor-funded projects, audit readiness, and more digital financial processes.

I'm a fully qualified CPA with over eight years of progressive finance and accounting experience across Rwanda's NGO, microfinance, and development sectors.

At JA Africa Organization, I manage daily financial administration, payroll, tax payments, bank reconciliations, monthly management accounts, cash forecasts, donor reporting, and funding-project records using QuickBooks.

At VisionFund Rwanda, I prepared financial statements, board and branch-performance reports, rolling cash flows, donor reports, payroll, and statutory filings while managing bank accounts, grants, assets, audits, and year-end close processes.

I've supported the move from manual to system-based finance processes through Rubikon Orbit ERP and digital banking reconciliations, delivering accurate, timely information for organisational decision-making.
