I built GastroStock, a project for inventory management and tracking incoming and outgoing stock, and a coffee e-commerce during my Full Stack program at Coderhouse. I also contributed to the front-end structure and maintenance of a third-party online store.
At Nexo SA, where I currently work as General Manager, I administer the Bistrosoft management system and maintain Excel and Google Sheets cost spreadsheets for 200 products. I also designed Google Forms to track expenses and payments, with data sent to Sheets.
My technical work includes JavaScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and MongoDB. Before Nexo SA, I worked as a Sous Chef at Fisher Island and owned and managed a convenience store and restaurant.
