In an independent research project, I compared free digital tools for small business productivity, looking at features, free plan limitations, and suitability for different needs. I organized findings from credible online sources and presented evidence-based recommendations.

I also support data collection and spreadsheet organization, research summaries, report preparation, source verification, and reference compilation. I use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Trello, and Google Drive.
