What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can strengthen financial reporting, compliance, HR operations, and corporate administration while supporting clear processes, accurate records, and business growth.

At Fauzee Mustaffa & Associates Sdn. Bhd., I prepare annual sales reports across three group companies, including Zafran Resources Sdn Bhd and FNC Logistics, to track collections, charges, and net profit.

I manage ledgers, bank reconciliations, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, tax documentation, petty cash, and MyEG payments. I also coordinate statutory compliance with LHDN, SSM, the Ministry of Finance, and municipal councils.

I've established the company's first proper Annual Sales Report and helped introduce structured daily branch reports that give top management clearer performance visibility.

Alongside finance and compliance, I run full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, develop employee handbooks and job descriptions, and support performance reviews, budgets, project documentation, training modules, and agent operations.
