I'm currently designing and enforcing end-to-end security architecture for industrial and corporate networks at Powerlink Transformer Inc., deploying next-generation firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access controls.

Previously at SonicWall, I handled complex Next-Generation Firewall escalations for enterprise clients, designed and troubleshot IPSec, SSL, and GVC VPN deployments, and used Wireshark and Packet Monitor to diagnose network faults. I also partnered with Engineering on documented product defects and mentored Level 1 support agents on firewall configuration practices.

At Rackspace, I deployed and monitored security services across Armor Cloud, Alert Logic, and Trend Micro, performed L1-L3 security assessments, and collaborated with SOC teams on incident remediation. Earlier at Amazon, I investigated buyer-account fraud through structured analysis, evidence gathering, and emerging-pattern detection.

I bring 5+ years of experience across firewall management, VPN infrastructure, threat investigation, vulnerability management, SIEM-driven incident response, and GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliance. I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and am seeking a senior network security role where technical depth and cross-functional collaboration drive measurable security outcomes.
