What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine multilingual communication, training or customer support experience, and web design skills to deliver clear, practical results.

At TaskUs, I designed and delivered new-hire training, led onboarding and nesting sessions, and coached trainees to close skill gaps before production. I also handled multilingual customer support across phone, chat, and email while meeting quality, resolution-time, and customer-satisfaction KPIs.

Alongside my work in global BPO operations, I run a self-employed web design and digital content business serving clients in Croatia, Germany, and internationally. I manage client communication, website delivery, video editing, and invoicing in multiple languages.
