What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role in bidding, cost analysis, or procurement support.

At Tierra y Armonía, I review private-bid requirements, assemble bills of quantities and drawings, and identify qualified contractors for construction scopes. I compare contractor quotes with the authorized base budget to flag high-impact line items and potential savings.

I support bids for high-rise residential and urban development projects, reviewing unit prices, productivity rates, overhead, omissions, and material overruns. I also enter contract information in Enkontrol and prepare payment-estimate templates, purchase orders, and work orders.

At Harcon Construcción y Desarrollo, I supported site administration, material quotes, cost estimates, and construction budgets. Earlier, I provided phone support in English to Xfinity customers in the western U.S.; I’m studying Architecture at the University of Guadalajara and expect to graduate in December 2026.
