I’m looking to join a team where I can train and validate Legal AI with rigorous legal reasoning. I want to improve evaluation reliability, align outputs with statutory frameworks, and build scalable contract review and procurement analysis workflows for real-world use.

I am a Brazilian attorney with over 10 years of experience as a municipal legal counsel, overseeing the full lifecycle of public procurement and contracting. My work spans large-scale infrastructure projects, complex service agreements, and high-volume acquisitions, giving me strong practical exposure across legal, operational, and strategic layers of public administration.

I advise multiple municipal departments, including Social Assistance, Health, and Administration, which provides cross-domain expertise in social policy, medical-related legal matters, high-budget operations, and human resources. I also represent the municipality in litigation, handling cases ranging from property damage claims to complex medical malpractice disputes.
