Full-Stack Engineer at ITechSoft building Azerbaijan’s electricity hotline platform and AI voice agent.
AzerbaijanWhat I'm looking for
At ITechSoft, I’m the lead engineer for VOXI CRM and its rollout for Azerishiq hotline 199. I designed and own call control, messaging, infrastructure, and an AI voice agent that answers in Azerbaijani, Russian, or English using approved knowledge cards.
I moved call control to Asterisk and built a browser softphone with call transfer and supervisor monitoring. I also wrote a messaging library used by 12 services and built the on-prem cluster supporting the platform.
As the only developer of HyperCharger, I created an EV charging and street parking platform with an OCPP central system, operator portal, and driver app. I also founded Finahealth, clinic management software I sell, install, and support; it’s used by more than 10 doctors.
