I seek roles where I can drive measurable business impact through data architecture, BI development, and analytics—preferably collaborative teams focused on scalable, results-oriented solutions.

I am a results-focused Business Intelligence and Data professional with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA in Data Warehouse. I concentrate on turning data into measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.

As a BI Senior Analyst, I optimized the data warehouse using parquet files, cutting future hardware growth needs by 50% and producing tax assessment reports to support public-spending decisions. Previously, I led retail projects and a team of five, developing a report that recovered R$20 million in taxes.

My earlier work as a Systems Development Analyst included building operational reports for AHT, FCR, CSAT and NPS, optimizing SQL queries to reduce processing time by 25%, and implementing forecasting models to manage staffing requirements.
