At Fauji Fertilizer Company, I work on instrumentation, automation, and process control for ammonia and urea production facilities. I lead a team of I&C technicians and a junior engineer, and have implemented Advanced Process Control improvements that increased ammonia production and improved energy efficiency by 0.45%.

I’ve contributed to major control-system upgrades, including upgrading the ammonia plant’s Yokogawa DCS from CENTUM CS3000 to CENTUM VP across 1,600 I/O points. I also led the replacement of Honeywell FSC SIS/SGS with Yokogawa ProSafe-RS across the Ammonia and Utilities plants, covering 1,200 I/O points.
