What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead a front-end team, coordinate delivery and progress, and mentor developers and trainees. I’m especially excited by humanitarian, educational, and youth empowerment initiatives that value collaboration and growth.

I’m a motivated front-end developer and team leader who coordinates development tasks to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery. I follow up on project progress, solve technical and operational challenges with the team, and strengthen internal collaboration through structured organization and communication.

I also enjoy mentoring—reviewing trainee work, supporting onboarding with continuous guidance, and creating collaborative environments focused on growth. In addition, I supervise and coach workshops and youth initiatives, managing attendance and performance tracking while coordinating trainers and participants to drive practical, community-focused results.
