Fardin khaled

I’m an Industrial and Mechatronics Engineering graduate with 6 months of industrial engineering experience in steel manufacturing and hands-on exposure through a power generation internship. I focus on production operations, process optimization, industrial automation, robotics, and machine learning applications.

As a Junior Industrial Engineer, I monitor manufacturing processes and production workflow to support operational efficiency. I help production teams identify bottlenecks, coordinate with maintenance personnel on equipment performance, and support workplace safety practices across production areas.

During my internship at Bangladesh Power Development Board, I observed gas turbine, steam turbine, and combined cycle power generation systems. I studied major plant equipment and auxiliary systems while learning preventive maintenance procedures and industrial safety practices.

I bring this engineering mindset into applied projects, including a driver drowsiness detection system using machine learning, computer vision, and Raspberry Pi, and a pick-and-place robotic arm built with Python, Arduino UNO, and servo motors. I also value continuous improvement through skills like quality control, root cause analysis, and engineering documentation, backed by leadership experience in organizing and coordinating team activities.
