In charge of ensuring that the data recorded on the data collection forms are entered onto spreadsheets completely and accurately and within two weeks of receipt. Identify any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the Trial or Data Management team.

Helped create online and telephone surveys. Created toplines used for analysis by the Insight team, collected data from these surveys to give to Insight.

Working as part of the Insight Support Team gave a more in-depth knowledge of the Market Research Industry. Grew more competent with Excel and Powerpoint, checking data accuracy for charts for clients.

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification obtained in November 2018.

BA Hons in Philosophy, including a dissertation on the place of faith, God, and religion in modern philosophy.
